The Mad Ogre is an enemy from Final Fantasy IV. In the Tower of Babil, Mad Ogres will be a threat if they appear in groups of three. Inflicting status effects and focusing on one Mad Ogre at a time are advisable tactics. They can be easily defeated by casting Break.
