The G Regicide is a boss in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII- fought in the Portal of Severance, right after Zack has placed the seven Goddess Materia on the pedestal in the final dungeon.
This Genesis copy will spam Tri-Thundaga. Equipping a Thunder Armlet or Bolt Armlet mitigates damage. The G Regicide also uses a powerful attack called Stranglehold, but it is mitigated by Wall or Barrier.
Despite having powerful attacks, G Regicide is easy as he is vulnerable to both magical and physical attacks.

The broad definition of regicide (Latin regis "of king" + cida "killer" or cidium "killing") is the deliberate killing of a monarch, or the person responsible for the killing of a person of royalty. In a narrower sense, in the British tradition, it refers to the judicial execution of a king after a trial.
