InfiverseOnFire

Infiverse On Fire is a spin-off game in the Infiverse series, inspired by Kingdoms of Fighters B: Fight for the Future and Super Smash Bro. Melee's adventure mode. It follows 3 main groups, all caught up in a galactic conflict on the other side of the Infiverse from Earth.

VriskaSerket
Vriska Serket
Thief of Light
Class: Marquise
Weapon: Dicekind
Troll, expert FLARPer, mind manipulator, Thief of Light, Huge 8itch, Vriska is a pirate of many talents. After the climactic battle with Lord English Vriska wound up wandering across the Paradox Space that makes up the outer edges of the Infiverse.----

It goes without saying that Vriska is a luck-based character. Her main attacks come from her Fluorite Octet, which has an insane amount of attack combinations making it hard to predict just how you'll be able to roll. Her other attacks, such as 8-Ball and her Lvl 8 Yotta Attack also rely heavily on RNG. Despite this Vriska doesn't really have any particularly bad options from these attacks, meaning Vriska relies less on being lucky and more on being adaptable and being able to think on your feet.

High Roller
Vriska throws her 8 8-sided Fluorite Octet, getting one of 16,777,216 results that change how her basic attacks work. See the Fluorite Octet section below for a full list of results.
Light Snatch
Vriska steals the light around her, turning her invisible but also blinding her. Vriska can stay in this state for about 5 seconds but can exit early by inputting another attack.
Take Flight
Vriska jumps up, using her wings to get some airtime. In her flight state she can airstrafe at about half her running speed in any direction.
8-Ball
Vriska pulls out an 8-Ball from her Fetch Modus and throws it into the air. When struck once by any attack a random item will fall out. It and it's broken shards also deals projectile damage but isn't a great
Gimmick: Fluorite Octet Dice
Flourite
Vriska can generate weapons using her Fluorite Octet Dice, which is generated through her neutral special. These effect her basic attacks and she can generate another weapon simply through her neutral special again. Below is a table showing the modifiers for her weapons, of which there a total of 16,777,216 unique combinations.

Special Rolls

Some number combos will ignore the table and instead activate special effects.

  • 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 / Guillotine de la Marquise: a spectral blue guillotine will cover the half of the screen Vriska resides on that wipes the screen. Though it's damage isn't much it also stuns enemies hit by it.
  • 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 / 2x Reroll: The roll is done twice and the best rolls for each digit are used. (E.g. if you roll 1-2-4-4-5-6-7-8 and 8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 your ultimate result will be 8-7-6-5-5-6-7-8)
  • 8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8 / Ancestral Awakening: Vriska gains the armor and weapon of her ancestor, gaining a massive stat boost and a sword with the best stats the dice table can supply (Vibranium Sword with 8x damage, Lawful Good morality, 2x size, 0 jigglebones, 8x luck and no slipperiness)
Lv. 1: Spadebreaker Tavros rolls in from the opposite side of the screen, lance in hand. Once he touches Vriska she'll grab his lance and imaple him before throwing the lance aside, his body still attached. Tavros is a hard-hitting projectile that pierces enemies and can clear screens pretty easily. His wheelchair wil persist after he dies, if its struck it'll be sent flying along to deal more damage.
Lv. 2: BR8K H34DS Terezi appears in a puff of smoke and the two Scourge Sisters move forward with a dual combo of attacks, dealing large swathes of damage to anyone caught in their path.
Lv. 8 Catenative Doomsday Dice Cascader The C.C.D.D. appears above Vriska's head and activates, activating a screenwipe that deals damage determined by a specific chain of dice rolls. The center dice, called the Prime Bubble, will determine how many dies fill the Catenator Crucibles up to 6. These then all roll in sequence, the roll of the last die changing the next one.. The maximum amount of damage this weapon can do is 7,958,661,109,946,400,884,391,936 damage, making it easily the strongest potential hyper in the game.

Wheatley corrupted
Wheatley
Intelligence Dampening Sphere
Class:Core
Weapon: N/A
Wheatley was a personality core designed by Aperture Science as a way of suppressing the intellect of GlaDoS, their primary AI that controlled the entire building and turned out to be insane. Whoops. Wheatley never got a chance to fulfill his purpose until many years after GlaDoS killed everyone, when he assisted a mute test subject, swapped places with GlaDoS, turned evil, was beaten and jettisoned into space by the previous mute subject and wound up attached to a Combine ship, in which the aliens attempted to siphon his energy, accidentally gave him control of the ship which allowed him to joyride it into a moon and kill everyone on board. Whoops.----

Wheatley is an unusual character to play as due to him being treated more as a physics object than a player. He can be pushed, bounced off walls and even picked up by certain stage assets. This can work in his favour as it in conjunction with his small compact hitbox can allow him to make unusaul movements and dodges. Instead of a jump he has the ability to hover upward for about 7 seconds straight.

Frankenturret
A Frankenturret appears in front of Wheatley. It will block many attacks with its body, slowly hobbling forward until it meets a ledge. If launched by other attacks it will deal high damage but is otherwise more of a nuance to enemies than anything. Only 3 can be on screen at a time and they will dissipate after 8 seconds.
Party Escort Bot
The Party Escort Bot appears in front of Wheatley and will hover over to the nearest enemy to grab them. it is much harder to break out of the Party Escort Bot's grab than with regular grabs. The Bot will bring their grabbed target to Wheatley, allowing you to follow up with an attack.
Rocket Turret
Wheatley will place a Rocket Turret beneath him, which will fold out of its floor cubby when Wheatley moves off of him. The Rocket Turret has 5 rockets and will fire all of them before destroying itself. It slowly locks onto enemies before firing, its projectiles being extremely fast and having a large blast radius.
Teleportal
Wheatley focuses and teleports a fair distance in whatever way the movement stick is angled. This movement option is quick but has a noticeable cooldown but has basically no endlag making it a great way to escape after a risky play fails to pay off.
Lv. 1: Animal King Takeover The Animal King Turret drops behind Wheatley, its landings creating shockwaves that stun nearby enemies. The Animal King will lock on to enemies one by one and pump them full of lead. The Animal King has a high-damage, rapid fire hitscan attack that'll make short work of most enemies. After 10 seconds the turret will self destruct, which has the potential to damage Wheatley if he's too close.
Lv. 2: Pulse Rifle Wheatley's side opens up to reveal a combine Pulse Rifle, which he uses to fire an orb of energy that bounces around the stage. It deals massive damage upon hitting an enemy, disintegrating them instantly.
Lv. 3 Moonshot Wheatley shoots a portal from his eye at the floor before rolling back up and shooting it straight up. A cutscene plays showing the portal shot landing on the moon's surface before snapping back to the stage. Everything is pulled towards the portal, including Wheatley. Anything that goes through the portal is destroyed and if it is too big to fit through the portal it will instead sit on top of it and take massive chip damage. Take care to not get sucked in yoursef by using your movement options and cover.
Hessonite
Hessonite
Guard of the Prism

Class:Commander
Weapon: Swrdkind
Hessonite was a pompous commander of the Homeworld Empire, a totalitarian regime of planet-conquering gem-based lifeforms. After a mission on Earth went awry she decided to go AWOL, wanting to find her own path in life. Now on the run in the outer edges of the Infiverse, Hessonite has naught to protect her but her ship, her hardlight sword and the Light Prism, a powerful artifact she can use for combat.

Hessonite is one of the more straightforward characters being a hard-hitting glass cannon who uses her sword, her super-speed and her Light Prism in combat. She is perhaps the closest to a 'beginner character' in this dumbass game.

Warp Slash
Hessonite poses, sword drawn. After aiming the movement stick in one of the 4 cardinal directions Hessonite will move at FTL speeds and slash in that direction. It can be used as a movement option but not a very good one, having more damage than utility.

Prism Shot
Hessonite commands the Prism to fire. It will stop and fire wherever it is, allowing for disjointed attacks. See the Prism of Light table for more details.
Lightspeed Dash
Hessonite dashes forward a short distance, which is lengthened if she hits any collectibles, items or destroyable objects in her path. This can be used to move in mid-air and along specific paths to find new routes.
Laser Light Cannon
Hessonite's ship drops the Laser Light Cannon, a weapon she stole from earth. It rotates to take aim at a nearby enemy before firing a piercing beam that deals high damage. Hessonite is vulnerable while this attack happens.
Lv. 1: Attack of the Light Hessonite commands the Prism to attack. It surrounds itself in a rainbow sawblade, dashing forward to attack. It continues dashing, wrapping around the screen and attacking from different directions before finally landing beside Hessonite.
Lv. 2: Homeworld Havoc Hessonite dashes at an enemy, slashing them repeatedly to knock them back. She then creates multiples of her sword, throwing them at the enemy to knock them to the ground. Finally, she jumps up and drops her ship onto the enemy, doing Dio Brando's "WRRRRRRY!" pose on top of the ship as she laughs maniacally. This does massive damage but can only hit one enemy at a time.
Lv. 3 Light Shatter Hessonite points her sword downward, the room darkening besides Hessonite and her target, who are illuminated by triangles on the floor. She strikes her triangle, shattering it and the one beneath her opponent to deal massive damage to them.
