SuperBuneaBuild

Super Bunea Build is a survival sandbox in the vein of Minecraft and Terraria and is a spin-off in the Super Bunea series. The game takes place in a 3D sandbox where the goal is to survive, usually by accumulating resources, using weapons to take down enemy fortresses, and farming. Super Bunea Build brings in dating sim elements as well as a story that is constructed over the course of the game should the player meet certain requirements, although the final boss can be challenged fairly quickly if the player decides to dart straight for it.

Everything is rendered in a more blocky style, although this isn't to say the game looks entirely cubic, just more sharper and simplified in terms of character design. It is unknown where this fits into the canon of the Super Bunea series.

Gameplay[]

Super Bunea Build is a first person/third person survival sandbox, and you will always spawn in a randomly generated map with a white gazebo structure as your starting location. This where the player will spawn back should they die, although they can move the starting point later with advanced tools. Upon starting up a new world, the player can chose to play as either Bunea or Voidmato, who each offer different mechanics. Bunea can dash in both the ground and in the air, giving her a quick boost of momentum. Voidmato can jump off walls, and this can seriously help with his vertical momenteum. While Bunea is seen as the default due to her proficiency in all weapons, Voidmato gets bonuses to ranged, gun-type weapons in both damage and speed of firing.

The player can craft a variety of tools via the crafting grid. Each tool has a usage limit and stats that impact various things about the characters. The most basic of which is a drill, which allows them to drill straight through the earth and collect ore, although using it is risky due to the dangers that lurk under the surface, such as large gaps caused by ravines, lava, or other unseen dangers ahead. As long as the player continues to hold the button while holding the drill, they will keep going in the direction the camera faces. To change direction, all the player needs to do is let go and then face the direction they desire.

Another tool is the sword and gun tools. Swords are generally used for melee attacks and can be used to parry off attacks, while guns are ranged and use ammo in addition to their own usage value, but are generally seen as pretty strong. Additionally, farming can be utilized through a sow, a three pronged tool that the player drags across the ground to create tilled versions of blocks that they can plant seeds in.

The player will be faced against mobs during the night of each day cycle in their world, although each mob can also spawn in dark places in general or in randomly spawning dungeons. They drop various loot, and the dungeons they guard contain pieces for players to create beacon points for bosses to spawn. Bosses can be either fought or talked to in a visual novel style dialouge, although some bosses may want certain resources from the player before they can willingly proceed further into a relationship with Bunea. If the player fights a boss, they gain their soul which can be used to gather more experience and be usable as a summon item. If a boss is in a relationship with Bunea, they may gift her with packages that contain further resources or turn their faction of mobs friendly with Bunea. Voidmato cannot date bosses or steal souls, instead gathering their prized possessions.

The player can also visit other dimensions using portals that are created via placing blocks on the overworld, where new encounters await. These dimensions are far more dangerous and risky, but contain exclusive ores or items that can be used to craft powerful new tools and blocks. They can also be used to travel much faster, with each dimension having a varying distance compared to the overworld.

Fight

Forvita shrugs if Bunea seems disinterested and begins attacking with swarms of small bee-like projectiles that home onto Bunea. Bunea can easily avoid them with her dash and follow up with attacks quickly, as Forvita is not particularly fast and tends to walk in circles when fighting. When she has half of her health, she becomes rather aggressive, attacking with raining foreclosure signs and hives that will infect Bunea with a stinging swarm of bees. She will also summon three Honey Bumbles to attack Bunea. Bunea needs to dodge and keep her focus on Forvita, finishing her off quickly for her soul.

Befriend/Romance
If Bunea shows genuine interest in Forvita's job, Forvita will open up to her, offering to build her own hive at a price, offering loans if Bunea can't pay it. Forvita also discusses her liking for insects and especially bees, as well as honey, which is why she really got into this job. Bunea can offer her Honey Combs to sweeten up the relationship and even share a honey-smacked kiss if Bunea manages to keep Forvita happy during their conversation. Afterwards, Forvita will build Bunea her own hive, and even offer to live there should the relationship continue to go well. Forvita provides two benefits: Honey Bumbles will no longer attack the player should they gather flowers now, and offers Chococarrots when visiting.
