Puddies are puddings-like creature which harmlessy wander around, seemingly oblivious of everything around them. They first appear in New Super Mario World, where they are a quite rare enemy, only appearing in one single level.

New Super Mario World[]
Puddies first appear in this game, debuting in the sixth world in the game, Sugary Canyon, more precisely in the ninth level, called Puddling Trembling Heights, which is also the only level they appear in. They act much like Bumpties: they slowly move back and forth, oblivious of the player(s) or other enemies; however, Puddies can stile damage the player(s) by contact. Their main gimnick, though, is that they can be used as trampolines if they are jumped on. Given that, they cannot be stomped on, and they're immune to fireballs as well; however, they can be frozen or defeated by super star.
