Gameplay[]
You start with Mario, and as you progress, get more characters. Press L or R to cycle through the characters. The main goal of the world is to get a specific number of keys, and then defeat the mini-boss, who when defeated tells you to get a specific key, to unlock the gate to the boss's lair. After defeating a boss, a new world and character are unlocked. This does not include unlocking World 8, Adventure Zone, which just boosts your stats and max HP bar.
Story[]
As time goes by, the prophecy states, seven mortal villains will band together and wreak havoc and chaos across the lands. Mario read in his book Beating Bowser for Dummies. Mario considered it a myth. The same happened with six other heroes, like Link and his Beating Ganondorf Forever for Dummies and Kirby's Keeping Cake from King Dedede for Dummies. Until today...
It struck like lighting. Peach... hiding. The land... ruined. Luigi... hiding in the cupboard. The Toads... scattered. Zelda... scared stiff. The land is in ruins. No more cake. Many sat stunned by the split-second attack. Mario quickly got up after hours of stunningness and set off to disassemble the tricky villain group.
