The Boo figure is a character figure available in the third wave (second wave in Europe) of amiibo figures. It was released on October 7, 2016 in North America. Notably, it can glow in the dark, making it the first and only figure to do so.

- Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury - Spawns a Super Star.
- Mario Party: Star Rush - Lets the player start with Boo in Toad Scramble and Coinathlon, gives the player a Special Dice Block at the start of Balloon Bash and Mario Shuffle, lets the player continue after a game over in Challenge Tower, and unlocks a Boo-themed stamp in Character Museum.
- Mario Party: The Top 100 - Gives the player bonus Coins on Minigame Island.
- Super Mario Party - Unlocks a Boo-themed sticker.
- Luigi's Mansion (3DS version) - Makes the map show the locations of up to three Boos that have escaped capture.
- Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions - Gives the player a Boo-themed stamp. Also unlocks a golden costume for Captain Boo.
- Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey - Gives the player items that can be used in the main game or Bowser Jr.'s Journey.
- Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World - Unlocks a Boo-themed Yoshi pattern. Unavailable in the Wii U version.
- WarioWare Gold - Lets Wario draw a sketch of Boo in amiibo Sketch.
- Hey! Pikmin - The Boo figure appears in a Secret Spot for Olimar to collect, and he will record his thoughts on the figure on his log. It also grants 200 Sparklium.
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - Unlocks the Boo Spirit.
- Bayonetta 2 - Unlocks the Chain Chomp weapon.
