Wallace E. "Wally" Wingert (born May 6, 1961) is an American actor and voice actor.
He has worked with Family Guy since the beginning, voicing mainly minor characters. He voiced The Pawtucket Patriot in "Mind Over Murder", Austin Powers recorded into the novelty eyeglasses in "We Love You, Conrad" as well as Dr. Bruce Kaplan in "Road to Rhode Island".
