Norman Fell (born Norman Noah Feld, March 24, 1924 – December 14, 1998), was an American actor, notable for his role as landlord Mr. Roper on the sitcom Three's Company and its spin-off, The Ropers. Career film highlights include Ocean's 11 (1961), The Graduate (1967), and Bullitt.
He is featured in a brief montage of people lost in the last 1000 years in "Da Boom".
One of the lands in the Game of Thrones parody in "HBO-No" is named for and features Norman Fell.
