光吉猛修 (Takenobu Mitsuyoshi) is a Japanese music composer primarily making music for video games. He has worked frequently with Sega, producing soundtracks for many of their games, mostly famously Daytona USA, for which he wrote and sang all of the songs.
Mitsuyoshi provided the vocals for the song Super Sonic which was featured in Initial D The Arcade.
