"If You Leave Me Now" is a song by Karen J. Wainwright, released under the alias Veronica Sales, and it was the first song to be released under the alias. Produced in 1991, it made its first album appearance on Super Eurobeat Vol. 20 - Extended Version released by Avex Trax in Japan on February 21, 1992. Subsequently, it was released as a 12-inch single in Italy on March 9, 1992, by A-Beat-C. "If You Leave Me Now" was written by Giancarlo Pasquini and Andrea Leonardi, and produced under Pasquini's alias Dave Rodgers.
On May 21, 1995, Elena Ferretti and Alessandra Mirka Gatti, under the alias King & Queen, covered the song under the new title "Biggest Love", which was later released as a 12-inch single by A-Beat-C and included on their debut studio album Season (1995). Later, on June 21, 1995, the Japanese pop idol Yōko Oginome covered the song in Japanese under the new title "IF YOU LOVE ME NOW ~愛しさにさらわれて~" and was released as the coupling track to Oginome's 34th single "幸福への時間" ("Shiawase e no Jikan", "Time for Happiness"), which was released by Victor.
