It is an English-language cover of the 2000 single "True Love" by artist and actress Hiroko Anzai, originally composed and arranged by Giancarlo Pasquini under his alias Dave Rodgers. Lolita's cover was produced in 2000, and released on May 23, 2001, making its first album appearance on Super Eurobeat Vol. 118. It was later released on a promotional 12-inch single by Avex Trax in Japan in 2001, along with "Hot Vampire" (New Generation Edit) by the Go Go Girls.
