DJ BOSS (real name: Akira Yokota, 横田聡, stylized in all caps) is a Japanese DJ. Together with Tetsuya Tamura (aka. Remo-con), he is a part of the remixing group Y&Co..
He is one of the DJs at the monthly Super Euro Flash Deluxe (SEF DX) event in Nishiazabu, Tokyo and was once a DJ at Velfarre after it closed. He often mixes Eurobeat CDs and some Eurobeat songs and is a resident DJ at livestreams on the Hi-BPM Studio YouTube channel.
DJ Boss is known for writing two tracks, "Superstar" by Go 2 featuring himself, and "SEB 4 U" by SEB All Stars.
He is also a part of the DJ supergroup Old Generation with his fellow Y&Co. member Tetsuya Tamura; and B4 Za Beat members Munehiro Ohtomo and Shusaku Ichikawa (DJ Shu). He was also part of Mad Cowz with Ichikawa (DJ Shu).
