User Grutness has told me that this stub may have been premature. I wasn't farmiliar wih all the procedures regarding stubs - I just noticed that NM didn't yet have it's own stub and stub category, so I thought I'd help out and make them by copying the templates from another state and filling in the info for NM. If you guys want to delete it and recreate it later that's ok with me. Or maybe the new stub category will encourage more NM articles to be started. Up to you guys...
