• Comment: (With regard to ALT1:) A DYK item about the same monument appeared on the German Wikipedia in 2013. That entry only mentioned the Buddhas on the dome, though.

Thank you for a substantial detailed article on excellent sources, offline sources accepted AGF, no copyvio obvious. - Very minor questions. Hooks: I think ALT1 is more unusual, striking the other.

1. The hook facts need a source imediately after the sentence, - there is one for 300.000, but not for the 700.000.
2. The image is licensed. I added (pictured).
3. I am not sure we can say "consists", while the image says "is carpeted".
4. The image caption can be shorter.
5. Article: Sometimes an "and" combines things that don't belong together, such as "It was founded in 1970 by the maechi (nun) Chandra Khonnokyoong and Luang Por Dhammajayo and is the most well-known and the fastest growing temple of the Dhammakaya Movement." - Split sentence?
6. "best-known" instead of "most well-known"?
7. One image has no caption.
