Clearly you have not read what are rules of article managing. You have to follow the links of the page as a whole, if you want the links to be gametrailers fine by me but you to change every single links on the page to gametrailer. If you can't do that then I would have to fight you till the end. [[User:Omimon|Omimon]] ([[User talk:Omimon|talk]]) 05:13, 19 July 2009 (UTC) |

UFO
The UFO incident has really taken place. This could be the start of a major incident, like what happened in Chicago or Stephenville. The Sacremento TV media, mainly "Air 10" is the one that found it while filming football games. - While interesting, this isn't really important in context of Sacramento. It might belong on a UFO-related page. Let's see how it develops. -DevinCook (talk) 20:33, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:Avgn cnn news to me.PNG)
Thanks for uploading Image:Avgn cnn news to me.PNG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:05, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Again, hi! Optigan13 (talk) 00:48, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
A source that at least makes mention of Rolfe's YouTube ranking.
Wired.com. However, I have no doubts whatosever that it will be rejected by that guy. 216.37.86.10 (talk) 16:16, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
- Thank you, I will add it. -DevinCook (talk) 16:49, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
Re AVGN
I don't understand the fair use rationale for the Super Mecha Christ image or the second fan game image. - A Link to the Past (talk) 08:31, 27 November 2008 (UTC)
- Do mean the image page rationals? I'll take a closer look. -DevinCook (talk) 08:35, 27 November 2008 (UTC)

Ref'ed content
The problem is that the refs don't back the claims made. The removed content and more detail is already at Talk:The Angry Video Game Nerd#Interview recycling, where I placed the removed content and explained why it was removed. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire - past ops) 18:52, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
- Sorry, I missed the text on the comment page. We can use the interviews to show he is, at least, know outside the U.S. I haven't listened to the interviews for a long time, but I'm sure we can get it working. Gamers are a tad touchy of "attacks" on the AVGN - mainly due to the abuses of a guy on YouTube. There is a bit of a siege-mentality. Sorry if caused you problems.-DevinCook (talk) 19:02, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
- But they don't claim that he is known outside of the US. We can't make inferences; we need to use it for what it says and nothing more. I'd love to see these interviews back into the article, just not in the way that they were. Good refs in the wrong spot.
- When we hew closely to the sources, anything else sticks out like a sore thumb, so attacks (other than properly sourced criticism, I suppose) just fall away naturally. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire - past ops) 19:05, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
Hello, the image you uploaded File:Sixth Floor Museum Logo.svg has been marked as a copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content, that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose.

- . The image has been relicensed as PD-shape at Commons, so everything's cool. JGHowes talk 18:55, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
Devin - You need to make the star larger
The red star on Alvarado's California Flag was much larger than on your drawing. See my site - http://www.loeser.us/flags/mexican.html#calif
See original (It still exists) in photograph from Museum of the Southwest - http://www.autrycollections.org/mwebcgi/mweb.exe?request=record;id=M19835;type=101
- I updated the flag. Thanks for the heads up and information! -~~
Possibly unfree File:GOLD screenshot.gif
A file that you uploaded or altered, File:GOLD screenshot.gif, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. --Stifle (talk) 13:42, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
Font on California flag
Do you remember what font you used for the California flag? I've looked in the past and couldn't quite find a match. -Optigan13 (talk) 05:55, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
Replaceable fair use Image:Avgn back to the future.PNG
Thanks for uploading Image:Avgn back to the future.PNG. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Closedmouth (talk) 09:09, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
