File should not be SVG
[edit]Many people dont have and svg file viewer and the preview size is not big enough to be used. Should be converted to svg for viewers. --71.56.15.158 (talk) 19:45, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
Wikipedia supplies .png file formats up to 2000 px of the image; not needed.--Holden yo (talk) 19:48, 12 December 2009 (UTC)
Small Error
[edit]There's a very minor error in the current version of the map: there is still a legacy V letter after the M-V line merge in Queens - between the Myrtle and Central Avenue stations. I'd fix it myself but I have no idea how to work with SVG. NobleHelium (talk) 08:47, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
Minor Error
[edit]There are two small service errors on the map - the Q line stops on 49th Street on weekdays, and the B & D lines don't stop at 14th Street. Thanks for the new map, by the way - very nicely done. Yorkiano (talk) 23:56, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
INCORRECT FILE
[edit]This is not the MTA version of the New York City Subway System, which is available as a PDF file from this url: http://mta.info/nyct/maps/submap.htm
This file should be deleted and replaced with the actual file to ensure accuracy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.31.21.15 (talk) 21:43, 3 December 2010 (UTC)

E/R service patterns in Queens
[edit]So I am looking at the service patterns of the E and R trains along the IND Queens Boulevard Line (east-west in northern Queens) and it appears to be wrong. According to both the respective wikipedia articles and the MTA pages for both, it is served by the R train during the day and E during the nights. The diagram has it served by the R at all times and never by the E. I also noticed that the legend seems to lack and icon for daytime-only hours. Is this a mistake or am I missing something?--Max Talk (+) 00:27, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
- You're right. However, there's no way to show that without a new symbol for "all times except late nights", and the E express taking a different route than the R makes things even more complex. The same problem exists for the A and C along 8 Av/Fulton Street. — Train2104 (talk • contribs • count) 03:44, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
- All right, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't imagining things. How is the route different?--Max Talk (+) 05:41, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
- Note that the E and F take a more direct route between Northern Blvd and 65 St. — Train2104 (talk • contribs • count) 17:48, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

Extra label
[edit]Near the Chambers St station there are two labels reading Chambers St and Church St. The second one is wrong. Vcohen (talk) 21:22, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
