Aetna is a hamlet in southern Alberta, Canada within Cardston County,[1] located 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) east of Highway 2, approximately 70 kilometres (43 mi) southwest of Lethbridge.

The town was named in 1893 after Mount Etna.[2]
