Caleb Chan (born October 12, 1988) is a Canadian composer and multi-instrumentalist. He is best known as an orchestrator on the animated series My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, its Equestria Girls spin-off, and Littlest Pet Shop. He is also the composer on the Sprout network series Nina's World alongside Daniel Ingram.[1] He has also contributed to the Disney series Dr. Dimensionpants with Ingram and Trevor Hoffmann.[2]

Chan attended Trinity Western University as a music student and continued to study at the University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto where he graduated with a master's degree in music composition. His concert works are influenced by traditional Chinese music and popular western music.[3] He is also a frequent collaborator with indie artists, often arranging and performing string parts.[4]
