Louise-Marie Thérèse Charlotte Isabelle d'Orléans, fille de France, and Queen of the Belgians as the wife of King Leopold I. Born in Palermo, Sicily on April 3, 1812, she was the eldest daughter of the future King Louis-Phillippe of the French and his wife Maria Amalia of the Two Sicilies. On August 9, 1832, Louise-Marie married King Leopold I of the Belgians in Compiègne, France. She and Leopold had four children.

Queen Louise-Marie died in Ostende on October 11, 1850. She is buried beside her husband in Royal Crypt of the Church of Notre-Dame de Laeken.
