Dean Richard Collins (born May 30, 1990, in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor best known for playing the character "Mike Gold" on Fox's sitcom The War at Home, which debuted in September 2005.

Collins also appeared as "Harry Beardsly" in the November 2005 film Yours, Mine and Ours. Previously, he had recurring roles on MADtv's "Reading Caboose" skit as Ernie and as a recurring character in Jack & Bobby. He appeared in the movie Hoot as Garrett.

Collins lives with his parents, two older brothers, and younger sister.

Dean became good friends with Logan Lerman who played his best friend on Jack & Bobby, and they remain close despite the series cancellation. In their spare time, the boys collaborate on humorous, quirky short films, which they write, direct, star in and film; these are then uploaded to the popular website YouTube under the joint account name of "monkeynuts1069".

He is currently working on a post production film The Least of These, alongside Robert Loggia.
