Lawsuit? The last paragraph in the career section alludes to a law suit, but doesn't say that Herman Miller and Eames were in litigation. Can this be re-written?

Also, I read that Harry Bertoia had "regretted" his involvement with Herman Miller, and was looking here to see if I could find out why.
