Stayhealthy, Inc. is a privately owned health solutions company committed to changing the way the world measures health and fitness. It was founded in 1995 by CEO John Collins. After years of research, peer-reviewed clinical studies, and medical validation Stayhealthy has created the first fully integrated health and fitness solution utilizing non-invasive web-enabled devices on an interactive Internet system. This system tracks and trends each individual user’s crucial biometrics to make it efficient for health care, corporate wellness, or fitness professionals to administer their program.
Product Information
These products include: the Body Composition Analyzer (BC3) which reads an individual’s body composition with no appreciable difference from hydrostatic weighing or the DXA scan ([1]); a full scale HealthCenter Kiosk which has numerous configurations (Body Composition, Blood Pressure, Weight, Hearing, Vision, etc.…http://stayhealthy.com/en_us/main/healthcenter_kiosk); and the Stayhealthy Activity Monitor (SAM) is the latest version of the Calorie Tracker (CT1) with a USB connection. The SAM has a triaxle accelerometer that reads movement in three directions: forward to backwards, left to right and up to down. In addition, the user’s profile is also uploaded to the SAM to provide the additional information needed to produce highly accurate and individualized caloric burn estimates.
