The 2011 BWF Super Series will be the fifth season of BWF Super Series. This season marked the beginning of second-three year cycle of the event since the first one from 2007 to 2010. Few changes announced by Badminton World Federation (BWF), as India promoted as one stage while Swiss was dropped off as part of it.[1] Five tournaments was promoted as Premier Super Series event with more prize money awarded then the Super Series tournaments.[2]
