Visa-free Travel

According to a study done in 2006 by Henley & Partners, Hungary has a Henley Visa Restrictions Index of 101, which means that Hungarian citizens enjoy visa-free access to 101 countries and territories for short-term tourism visits. Hungary is ranked 19th in the study in terms of international travel freedom, however, Hungarians have since then achieved visa-free status from countries like Canada, and these countries are not counted in the study mentioned above, thus the actual number of visa-free travel countries is higher.
