- Mushrooms grow throughout the Lands Between, especially in wetlands, making them fairly common in Liurnia of the Lakes and Limgrave.
- The Stormfoot Catacombs have two just outside the entrance, hidden in the grass.
- The Folly on the Lake site of grace in southern Liurnia of the Lakes has two just east of the Grace, with four more a bit to the north under a fallen stone structure.
- Ten are given by Boc the Seamster after freeing him from his bush form just north of the Agheel Lake North site of grace.
- Radahn Soldiers and Exile Soldiers have a 15% drop rate.
- Radahn Foot Soldiers and Godrick Foot Soldiers have a 20% drop rate.
