Golems

Golems are a type of autonomous constructs found throughout the Lands Between.

Overview[]

Typically made of stone by ancient civilizations now gone to ruin,^[1] golems are generally resistant to all common status ailments. Today, they are frequently positioned as guards of tombs and other sacred sites.

Long ago, it is said that a golem crafter employed a crystal tool that heavily resembles what would become the chiseled Crystal Darts that can be crafted and discovered across the world today.^[2] If enough of these darts penetrate a single golem in quick enough succession, that golem will malfunction and begin indiscriminately attacking everything in its vicinity (including its own allies) for a short period of time. This applies only to imps, Erdtree Burial Watchdogs, and Guardian Golems.
