Gorechain devils are shambling hulks larger than chain devils, and their spiked chains are encrusted with gore.[1]
Abilities[]
Gorechain devils are more powerful than chain devils, their most noteworthy power being their ability to use their chains to control their foes. Their grasping chains prevented enemies from getting away from them, and they could wrap the chains around the enemy to control them like puppets. Besides this they could use the chains as flails, and they resisted fire.[1]
Combat[]
Gorechain devils attempt to control the strongest targets before concentrating their other attacks on what seem to be the leaders and tacticians.[1]
Society[]
Whereas regular chain devils are jailers among devilkind, gorechain devils are more akin to bounty hunters. They careen through the Nine Hells to find the world's hellish charnel pits and look for victims. They are more likely than other devils to consort with undead.[1]
