Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚 芳忠 Ōtsuka Hōchū, born May 19, 1954) is a Japanese voice actor from Okayama Prefecture. He is best known for voicing Jiraiya in Naruto and Naruto Shippūden, Akira Sendo in Slam Dunk, George Miyagisuku in Blood+, Xigbar in the Kingdom Hearts franchise, Yazan Gable in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam, Abuto in Gintama, among many others.
He is currently affiliated with the talent management firm Crazy Box.
