Dale Wilson (born May 10, 1950) is a Canadian voice actor and actor. Among his better-known roles include Cell & Kami from the Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z, Java on Martin Mystery, Welman Matrix on ReBoot, Captain Grid-Iron, Mutt, Overkill and Skydive in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero[1], Principal Kelly on both X-Men: Evolution and Iron Man: Armored Adventures, Toa Lewa in Bionicle: Mask of Light, Chief Watsap in Black Lagoon and as the Man From Glad in commercials for Glad plastic bags where he later reprised the role on an episode of Corner Gas.
He had also served as the announcer for the opening and closing ceremonies at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver.[2] He has also appeared in films, beginning with Who'll Save Our Children? (1978).[3]
