The Exchange Student from Metropolis Island (都会島からの転校生 Tokai-tō kara no tenkōsei) is the 25th episode of Dr. Slump Arale-Chan.
Synopsis[]
A boy name Skop transfers to Arale's school. He gets a huge shock from the move because Arale's school is totally different from the one he used to go to.
Plot[]
A student from Metropolis Island named Skop moves to Penguin Village and joins Ms. Yamabuki's class at Penguin Village Middle School. While underwhelmed by the unintelligent students and the town's strange culture that is he is surrounded by, Arale proves him wrong by easily doing his challenging homework. Seeing her intelligence, Skop becomes friendly and goofy like everyone else (believing that it is a secret to intellect). In the end, Skop and Skop's Parents move out of Penguin Village.
