Masaharu Satō
Masaharu Satō (佐藤 正治) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born on July 1, 1946. He is the voice of Mr. Pig (most of the other pig characters as well), Pagos, and the Penguin Village Junior High Principal in Dr. Slump Arale-chan. He reprises his roles as Pagos and Mr. Pig in Dragon Ball.
