Scepter of Shadows is a scepter and companion weapon for Neve Gallus in Dragon Age: The Veilguard.

- Dock Town - In a map-marked chest in a locked area in the Central Market area. The locked area is geographically northeast of the Black Emporium. Access the area by dropping down to the wooden scaffold at the building northeast of the Central Market, and then using Taash's ability to destroy the wall.

- This weapon can attain a maximum rarity of rare prior to the point of no return.
- After the point of no return, it is possible to purchase another instance of this weapon to attain epic rarity. The maximum stats at epic are 183 damage and 104 stagger (at +10 epic).
