Longswords are a type of weapons used by both the rogue class and the warrior class in Dragon Age: The Veilguard.

While both rogues and warriors use longswords, rogue longswords and warrior longswords are separate sets of weapons. That is, warrior longswords will not appear when playing as a rogue, and rogue longswords will not appear when playing as a warrior. The only exception is that the unique weapon Mythal's Light appear as both a rogue longsword and a warrior longsword, and is obtained from the same location in both cases. Additionally, rogues and warriors both have a longsword named "Dark Shard," but the two respective versions of the weapon are found in different locations and have different stats.

Rogue longswords[]

Rogues use longswords as off-hand weapons, along with rapiers.
