Noah Lindsey Cyrus is an American actress, singer and voice actress, who is the youngest daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus and the younger sister of Miley Cyrus. In 2016, she made her debut as a singer with the single "Make Me (Cry)" featuring Labrinth.
For Disney, she voiced Ponyo in the English adaptation of the 2008 Japanese animated fantasy film of the same name and played various roles in the Disney Channel Original Series Hannah Montana from 2006 to 2010. She also voiced a Kid in the Disney Channel animated series The Emperor's New School.
