Life Is Sweeter, also titled as Life Is Sweeter (When You Are) is the sixth song on the Descendants: The Rise of Red soundtrack. It is sung by various cast members as their respective characters.
When Red questions Bridget on why she is so nice, Bridget mentions how being positive to people can be for the best even if someone were to meet someone mean.

Despite being a character who has appeared in all four Descendants films, this is the only song in which the Fairy Godmother actually sings whereas she only danced in "Ways to be Wicked".
It is one of two songs to be included in the D23 Expo performance, the other being "Red".
When Meadow was still known as Zellie, she was supposed to have a part in the song, but it got cut out because they ran out of real estate.
Tiana was also going to have a part in early concepts, but this got discarded quite early for unknown reasons.
