Mister Bliss is an incubus posing as a freak show owner in Opal City who fed off the energy of his prisoners.
History
When Jack Knight and Mikaal Tomas confronted him, the surge of hope in the freaks weakened Bliss enough for them to banish him back to Hell. His henchman Crusher, later took part in Culp's attack on Opal City.
