Description[]
When used, a small ball of energy floats a few feet away from the caster. After a second, it starts shooting bolts of lighting in random directions. These bolts deal moderate damage, and light damage if it lands near the enemy. The ball of energy fires bolts in directions below the ball or to the side of the ball. It never fires upwards.
If the small ball of energy floats into a wall, ground, or ceiling, it evaporates, causing no damage. If the ball floats into an enemy, it deals moderate damage, but again evaporates.
