Professor Gō (郷博士 Gō Hakase) he is an inventor and he's adoptive father of Gotaro Go also known as Action Mask he provides vehicles and the latest weapons and new technologies for Action Mask to fight evil which always causes him to emerge victorious.
he surgically turn his son Gotaro Go into a cyborg to revive him after once dying because hit by a red car. that is how Gotaro Go became Action Mask
In the manga, his name goes by Kitakasukabe (北春日部 Kitakasukabe).
In the spin-off manga, he leads a task force that investigates the cause of the seed outbreak in Saitama.
