This Collectible can be found in Quarry Site Beta, accessible via Expeditions. It is located in the Ruins, on the top of a platform in the center.

The audio of this recording was originally used for Threshold Log 1 in the Active Threshold. Following the Expeditions update, Threshold Log 1 was replaced with a separate recording of the same name, and this recording was renamed and placed in Quarry Site Beta.
