Biography[]

Assigned under the Investigations Sector, Agent Keenum was responsible for investigating and compiling reports for various persons of interest, incidents, and potential Altered World Events. In many of these cases, she reported directly to the Bureau's heads, such as to Dr. Casper Darling on her investigation of Dr. Yoshimi Tokui^[1] and to William Kirklund on her investigations of Dr. Raya Underhill^[2] and a Bureau staff fatality at America Overnight.^[3]

Keenum complained to Helen Marshall about the number of false alarms her team had to investigate, asking for a way to separate true and false AWE reports or to at least keep a rotation of field agents.^[4] She was also concerned with the rising number of AWEs the Bureau was detecting and responding to, and advocated for the formation of an AWE Task Force under the Investigations Sector's hierarchy to investigate the causes of AWEs to better prevent them in the future.^[5]
