The '''Dimensional Research''' division is an area located in the [[Research Sector]]. It was a top-secret research department created by Head of Research Dr. [[Casper Darling]] for the study of alternate dimensions such as those accessed from the [[Slide Projector]] [[Object of Power]], with access given only to a small number of research personnel hand-selected by Dr. Darling.<ref>[[Darling: Dimensional Staffing]]</ref> Entering this area of the sector leads directly to a [[Firebreak]] that crosses into the [[Ashtray Maze]] , a mysterious, shifting "puzzle" whose design deviates from the Brutalist architecture of the rest of the [[Oldest House]].
