Українська: Герб Донецько-Харківського екзархату УГКЦ: у щиті срібний хрест, 1-е поле перетяте на синє зі золотим сонцем, що сходить, та чорне, у 2-у зеленому полі – перехрещений золотий ріг достатку та кадуцея (срібний жезл зі золотими крильцями, перевитий двома золотими зміями), у 3-у червоному полі – золотий лапчастий козацький хрест, у 4-у синьому полі – золотий лапчастий козацький хрест.

Срібний хрест виступає як символ чистоти і місійної діяльності УГКЦ у східному реґіоні. Золоте сонце на синьо-чорному фоні є елементом з прапора Донецької області й уособлює Донбас, крайні східні області України. Ріг достатку та кадуцея – історичні символи Слобожанщини, які вказують на теперішню Харківську та Сумську області. Хрест на малиновому або червоному тлі здавна вживався на прапорах запорізьких козаків і символізує Придніпров’я. Козацький хрест на синьому полі є на сучасному прапорі Полтавської області.
