Bob's Bar & Bygone Museum, The Old Bridge, Dublin Road, Durrow Bob's Bar & Bygone Museum has been an Inn for the past "300 years". It now comprises of a museum of brick 'n' brack from bygone days and bicycle museum. Also specialising in draught Guinness, music, song and sessions! The Museum is located in a specially dedicated room forming part of the Old Boat House, - a building of local lime stone, dating to the 18th Century, and featuring a curious Medieval face carved on one of the cornerstones. The Museum is attached to Bob's Bar - a local watering hole since the 1800's. |
