Histopathologic image of pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland. H & E stain.

Pleomorphic adenoma of the salivary gland consists of mixed epithelial (left) and mesenchymal cell components (right). The latter often exhibits myxofibrous appearance and in some instances shows chondromatous differention.
