The image on the far left was acquired by LANDSAT 7 on August 30, 2005, one day after Katrina made landfall. The middle image was acquired by LANDSAT 5 on September 7, 2005, one week after the hurricane hit, and the image on the far right was acquired by LANDSAT 7 on September 15, 2005, two weeks after the hurricane devastated the region. |
