• A little more than a month after this ad ran in Playbill, Mike Todd and three other men were killed in the crash of his private plane, "Lucky Liz", in New Mexico. In light of the tragedy, it would have been in the worst of taste for TWA to continue running this ad after Todd's plane crash death.

• TWA issued the ad without any copyright marks or notations.
