Description
English: Sin maíz no hay país, y sin maguey tampoco. Hace más de dos mil años los agricultores de los Valles Altos de Tlaxcala, Hidalgo, Puebla y el Estado de México desarrollaron un sistema de milpas entre hileras de magueyes que se llama metepantle. Es la manera sostenible de sembrar estos dos cultivos.
