India surveillances the internet especially via mobile communications, as encryption is forbidden for use in 2G/3G networks
UK uses CleanFeed Whitelisting & DPI technology 'to prevent access to child-porn and related pornography of minor aged persons'
Nevertheless, 2G7§G networks are unencrypted, and providers held responsible to cut open any encryption on it, making HTTPS and other protocols fail
In Israel, the .ps (Palestine) ccTLD does not work, and resolving may be blocked on purpose
Germany should be marked red/dark due to data retention by its main, quasi-monopolistic carrier Deutsche Telekom, which records all DNS lookups and transfers without permission and against law
Since Western Sahara is occupied by Morocco, it may be subject to the same restrictions elsewhere in Morocco
Due to lack of working infrastructure, Somalia has to be set unknown
Connectivity almost always by satellite only: Inmarsat, Iridium and Thuraya - all more or less censored. See EU, USA and Sharja (UAE)
Officially, censorship has been abadoned in Tunisia after successful #OpTunisia
Belarus may be marked dark due to very-restrictive internet access... See P.R. China
Falklands: See UK
TAAF (French southern Atlantic and Antarctican Terretores): See France
Sri Lanka's government supervises within the country
