Deutsch: Goldband mit Heraklesnoten. Das Flechtband endet in reich verzierten Löwenköpfen, die einen ebenso reich verzierten Heraklesnoten halten. Solche Bande wurden über dem Knie unter durchsichtigen oder offenen Kleidern getragen. Um 300 v. Chr.
English: Golden band with Herakles knot. The chain is ending with rich decorated lion heads, connected to a Herakles knot quite as richelly decorated. This kind of jewel went on the knee, under a transparent or open dress. Ca. 300 BC.
Français : Chaîne en or au nœud d'Héraclès. Le fermoir est constitué par deux têtes de lions richement décorées, reliées à un nœud d'Héraclès tout aussi travaillé. Ce type de bijou se portait sur le genou, sous une tenue ouverte ou transparente. V. 300 av. J.-C. |
